Spektr Center for Research and Development has submitted its proposals to the Central Bank and Financial Markets Supervisory Authority on the improvement of the “Rules on currency operations of residents and non-residents of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
It was proposed to include to the rules the regulation of other forms of international trade intermediation, in particular, the regulation of currency transfers related to the sale of goods to third parties, without being imported into the customs territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the possibility of extending 270 days in some cases.
